Daily backups are performed automatically after hours. Those backups are encrypted and stored to another site, each day, so that your data is still safe under catastrophic conditions. Even if your physical server spontaneously combusts, last night's data is safe and sound.

FTP Server

Your secure FTP server enables you, your staff, your agents, and your clients to securely share files directly in one centralized location.

IP Whitelisting

Your server can optionally be protected through white-listing of your IP addresses. When enabled, just you and your staff will be able to access your system and server so that unwanted visitors cannot get in.

Third Party Software

It's your server, and you can install anything you want to it, as long as it is lawful and in the spirit of the records retrieval business. Adobe, TSPrint, FileCenter, and Quickbooks are commonly installed and run in our clients' environment.

Who would not want to have control over every aspect of their operation? But is it fair to assume that you actually do not control your programming? We are glad to hear that. We do not want anyone losing their jobs in your organization. Imagine adding 25% to your workload without adding staff. Most of our clients take that route. In fact, we are not aware of any company that installed our system and drastically cut staff. Most go after additional work and handle it more easily.
